Paravithota is one of the popular natural bathing places
which are famous among local and foreign tourist.
In Kalutara District, from
Horana Town 08 Km and from Ingiriya town 1.5 Km, there is a village called
Nambapana, which is surrounding with mountains and forest with a stream, which
is part of the Kalu River. That stream called Nambapana Stream.
Surrounding with small and huge rocks the there is a Natural
bathing called ‘Parasindu Thota’ presently call as Paravithota, which is feed
by the Nambapana Stream. Paravithota is a safest place to have a nice bath to
kids also. You can enjoy yourself with the fresh air and water. With surrounding mountains, rocks and forest
the environment is so beautiful and calm.
